To store your watercraft on the Lakefield Farms facility, you must register each craft. The registration form can be downloaded or one can be obtained from the office.
Please include a color photo of your craft with the application.
As with everything, there are rules, as follows:
· Registration is valid for one season only (A new registration is required each year)
· The owner’s LFT account must remain in good standing
· The craft must have a legible Coast Guard sticker (Stickers are available at the office or from a Gate Attendant)
· The craft must be stored inverted to avoid filling with water
· The craft must be stored on racks provided
· Maximum of two watercraft per LFT address (Unless specified by the office manager)
· All watercraft must be removed from the premises by October 31. They may be returned on or after March 31 the following year
· To drop a mooring in Lawrence Pond requires a permit from the Town of Sandwich
· Please be aware of The Town of Sandwich rules for freshwater areas
· The craft must not be tied to any lakeside vegetation
· Gasoline powered watercraft may not be stored on the premises
Lakefield Farms recommends that authorized watercraft be secured to the racks to avoid theft and unauthorized use.
